Our Overall Service
Fortress Foundation Solutions delivered a strong overall experience. From sales to installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. While there were some early hiccups in communication, what truly stood out was their determination to make it right. You can trust this company to take responsibility, respond quickly, and do everything they can to ensure the job is completed properly. That level of accountability is rare and it speaks volumes.
Call Representative
The call representatives I interacted with were courteous and professional. Demi, in particular, was very communicative and helpful throughout the process, especially when coordinating rescheduling and updates.
Sales Process
Caleb was excellent to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the PowerBrace system and helped us feel confident in our decision. His presentation was informative and transparent.
Our Installation Crew
Each crew member who came out to work on the site was polite, efficient, and professional. The crews that were sent out handled the job well and took care of the necessary prep work with minimal disruption.
The Cleanup Process
The crews did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. The site was left neat and in good condition after each visit, and I appreciate the care taken in maintaining a clean and safe work area.
