Mr. Guill was courteous, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the visit. He focused specifically on the issue at hand, clearly explained the underlying concerns in a way that was easy to understand, and presented thoughtful solutions. At no point did he attempt to upsell or recommend unnecessary work, and he respectfully allowed me to make the final decision without any pressure. I am confident in the process and look forward to seeing the completed project.
