In 2020, a clear calling urged me to use my 35 years of experience in sales to lead a team by example. Guided by Zig Ziglar's principle — "If you help enough people get what they want, you'll have everything you want" — my mission is simple: to continuously evolve into my best self and make a positive daily impact. As the sales team manager at Ogburn Construction, I bring this mission to concrete repair and to the people in my care.
