As the Production Manager at Ogburn Construction, my primary goal is to foster an environment where everyone can thrive and be the best version of themselves. I am dedicated to enhancing the productivity and well-being of our team. In my role, I focus on providing the necessary tools and support to our production crew, collaborating with the design technicians to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to installation. My commitment extends beyond the work as I strive to positively impact the lives of my colleagues and deliver exceptional service to our customers enriching their lives. Outside of my professional life, I am a parent to four young children who bring joy and liveliness to my days. My ideal way to unwind involves enjoying the outdoors with my family, in the sun. While being the Production Manager at OCI is my current role and passion, there's always been a lingering dream of being a professional soccer player. YNWA (You'll Never Walk Alone).
