The company is top-notch, from the initial consultations with Ethan K., who provided an extensive and well-designed plan, to the installation with Foreman Marquese A. and his team. The install team was professional, courteous, and explained every step of the process. The job was nearly two weeks, and Marquese called to check in each morning to provide an ETA, is very friendly, and him and his team are dedicated to top-notch work. Also, the electrician, Shane, was outstanding. I also had a chance to work with Alford's leadership team (Tim and Matt), and was impressed with their knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and customer-service orientation. I'm also impressed with Alford's team-building and employee engagement. I definitely recommend Alford for your basement and crawlspace needs. And Marquese and his team for the installation! -

By Karen M.Athens, WVWe had to have our crawl space encapsulation redone after it was flooded due to a water main break. Alfords came highly recommended by other companies who completed other parts of the clean up process. Alford was great! They responded right away and sent Regis out to give us a quote. Foreman Marquese and his crew of Colton and Jordan showed up on the scheduled day for the job and were finished in a day. Marquese explained the steps they would be doing to complete the job before they started. Once the work was done we reviewed everything and he provided photos of the finished work. It looks great! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and the final product.
