By Karen M.Athens, WVWe had to have our crawl space encapsulation redone after it was flooded due to a water main break. Alfords came highly recommended by other companies who completed other parts of the clean up process. Alford was great! They responded right away and sent Regis out to give us a quote. Foreman Marquese and his crew of Colton and Jordan showed up on the scheduled day for the job and were finished in a day. Marquese explained the steps they would be doing to complete the job before they started. Once the work was done we reviewed everything and he provided photos of the finished work. It looks great! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and the final product.
