This home was having moisture issues and APS was able to go in and encapsulate the crawlspace. We were able to seal the crawlspace with a vapor barrier and install a sump pump to provide better air quality and protect against any future water issues such as mold growth, wood rot, and buckling floors.

Our customer called in with concerns of cracks in multiple areas of the home including the driveway, garage, kitchen, and patio. The APS Polylevel team went in and was able to void fill with our PolyLevel, and seal the cracks with NexusPro. We also were able to seal the concrete surface with Sealant Pro to help extend the life of the concrete.
