After experiencing water in his basement, a recent client requested a waterproofing solution. A SuperSump along with a well system had been installed for efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation control.

Even though there was a previous vapor barrier in this customer's crawlspace, they still had standing water. Possessing combination of custom components make up a highly efficient pressure relief system and water evacuation system for water control, a SuperSump was installed.

 A homeowner in Anchorage, Alaska contact Foundation and Crawl Space repair to perform basement waterproofing work. Our team installed a TripleSafe pump system with twin liner and a capacity of 23 gallons. The UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, Includes 3 CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with airtight floor drain, and WaterWatch alarm system. IceGuard was installed to prevent floods from a clogged or frozen discharge line. The WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system was also installed with a LawnScape well at end of the discharge line.  These preventative measures will keep the houses' basement dry and safe.
