To fix their settling home, our team of foundation experts installed 21 push piers, transferring the weight of the home from unstable soils and onto competent strata. Now, this home will stay level for many years to come! 

We permanently stabilized this cabin's sinking foundation by installing helical piers to transfer the weight of the home to load-bearing soil or bedrock. They were even able to lift the cabin back to its original position, ridding of any sign that there was ever a foundation problem to begin with!

This sinking cabin desperately needed a way to lift it back to level — so we added support with thick wooden beams, which are lifted by helical piers. These helical piers address the root cause of settlement by shifting the weight of the home from surrounding unstable soils, and onto deeper stable soils. 

This sagging crawl space beam needed more support. So, we installed our SmartJack system, proven to support loads far greater than common floor columns, and engineered to address problem soils. 

This crawlspace had a lot of water in it and high moisture levels. To eliminate these problems we installed our SmartPipe Waterproofing System for the water coming in and our SaniDry dehumidifier for the moisture.
