To stop water and mold from taking over this crawl space, we separated the earth from the home with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace encapsulation. Now this home is dry for years to come! 

To protect this damp, musty crawl space from moisture, we sealed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner around all edges, seams and pipe penetrations. Then, we installed our SaniDry Sedona, which both purifies and dries the air, removing up to 100 pints of moisture per day. This separates the earth from the home for good, and keeps the environment healthy and dry for years to come.

To ensure this crawl space stays dry, protected and insulated, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump, 20 mil thick CleanSpace encapsulation system, and a graphite-infused SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation with a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home. 

We replaced this flimsy, nasty crawl space liner with a 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner with antimicrobial protection, sealed around all edges, seams, and pipe penetrations.
