This customer was having some issues regarding water pooling in his basement causing damage to his walls. Our team decided to recommend a WaterGuard® below ground drainage systems. This systems has the ability to direct water to the right place, while also being clog resistant and easy to repair/clean. This customer noticed a crack on her foundation wall. She contacted us to get them repaired so she could have peace of mind. She got a FREE estimate to check if there was any structural problems such as settlement that may have caused this crack. After no structural issues were found, our crews proceeded to seal and reinforce these cracks using our CarbonArmor® crack repair kit. CarbonArmor® will both seal and reinforce wall cracks! This customer contacted us because one corner of her Blairmore, AB basement was noticeably cracking and sinking. This began to cause cracks around the entire home, and sticking doors. To fix this problem, we installed Push Piers around the basement. Push Piers are made of steel and driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve a settlement problem. 

This Calgary, AB customer contacted us because her foundation walls were bowing (curving inwards). Bowing is caused by excessive pressure from soil and water, and can potentially cause your foundation to collapse! When asked, she said she has known about her bowing walls for about 10 years, but only decided it was time to get it fixed once her walls started leaking as well as bowing. Our crews installed a waterproofing system which includes our CleanSpace® vapor barrier, our WaterGuard® below-floor drain, and a SuperSump® sump pump. This solved all her waterproofing problems, and for the bowing walls, we installed our PowerBrace™ foundation wall repair system. This will stabilize these bowing walls and can potentially straighten them out!
