We were called out to the Fisher home to check out their foundation, because it seemed that an addition on their home seemed to be settling. Ryan Tracey had determined that in order to stabilize the foundation of the home and prevent it from settling further, we needed to put 2 helical piers to lift the addition. The Robinson's home in Phoenix needed their stem wall repaired. The rebar used to reinforce the concrete stem wall foundation was corroding. The forces generated from the corrosion cracked the stem wall. We needed to chip back the concrete, replace the rebar, and then pour and form a new stem wall in the section that needed repair. Once the system reached proper load capacity, the home was hydraulically stabilized and adjusted where possible to help correct the uneven settlement.

Following the installation, the work areas were backfilled and restored, leaving the property clean and structurally reinforced.
