This 1979 single-family home in Mesa, Arizona was in need of a concrete stem wall repair.  The existing stem wall was cracking and spalling in a number of areas.

The concrete stem wall of this mid-century single-family home began to crack & crumble. This can happen when the iron rebar inside of the concrete stem wall begins to oxidize and rust.
