The corner section of the foundation was experiencing severe deterioration, requiring 11 feet of heavy stem wall repair along with an additional 52 feet of stem wall patching. The before photo shows flaking concrete and exposed rebar, while the after photo reveals a structurally reinforced and cleanly finished corner.
