We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

So far, Andrew came out and looked around our house and did some measurements. He was knowledgeable and good communicator. I am happy so far with his opinion of our house. We have scheduled another appointment for later for the men to come out with detailed equipment. He also gave us excellent pointers to look for. I am giving him 4 stars BUT we don't know what the rest of the process will entail or if the company will follow through on the rest of this process.

We worked with Ryan O, he came to our house to explain their services and processes, he answered all the questions (and I had many questions to get a full understanding and I am detailed oriented). The company had also sent me great information to review to help educate myself. After looking at other companies we decided to go with Arizona’s foundation solutions and they have been great, Ryan has come to her house during the process, we had to have a lot of work done, all of the crews that have shown up have been cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful (each crew specializes in the various components and know what they are doing). The company did have some internal communication difficulties with their schedulers and we had to reschedule a couple of things but in the end everything was completed. Ryan has come back to ensure that everything has gone well, he is great to work with.

We had an issue with a cracked foundation and later a drain pipe damaged by a tree root in the same area so I had concerns about our foundation. Tim came out and explained how our house was fine but what red flags to look for. Extremely helpful and kind! Thank you!

The company employs a professional staff. Everyone I worked with has had a friendly and helpful attitude. Danny installed my ML System. He is a very pleasant and professional man. He explained the process and showed me what he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up the area he worked in and left it to my satisfaction. Good Company to work with. I would recommend them.

I had appointment with Melissa Montano very professional. Explained the work that needed to be done explicitly and chrystal clear signs I needed to look for in the future to protect our home. I had them come out to check levels on our home and Jeff was awesome. He used a manometer to check the levels as we have clay in our soil. We will need to install rain gutters and perhaps the Moisture level system. I have enjoyed their professionalism and detailed report and recommendations. This is a great Company to work with on all levels.

Arizona Foundations Solutions came out to fix our foundation. Alex and Timothy were very professional and competent in repairing the issue to our foundation. I really appreciate the diagnosis that AFS has done with our home. I have never felt pressured by them and they have been up front and honest. Bryan Wooldridge came out and took an initial look at the home and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his honest responses. We had a very thorough diagnosis done of our foundation and received a thick report about it from the engineer. Bryan came out to our home and spent about 2 hours with us going over the report in a detailed manner. I really appreciate his time and in no way did I ever feel rushed into making a quick decision. This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.
