Concrete Stairs had settled and titled away from house. We used PolyLEVEL to Lift, Align and Stabilize. This now prevents any slipping hazards and rain water drains away from foundation. This repair was done in Surrey, BC

We were able to provide a fix to stabilze and lift the foundation of the Richmond house with Push Piers and PolyLEVEL. 

The house was off level and we lifted the structure 3 inches. True Level Concrete Ltd, was able to do the work fast and efficiently. Client retained the resale value of the house and has the peace of mind.

True Level Concrete Ltd. installed 12 Push Piers to lift, and stabilize the foundation. This was successfully achieved and client was very happy. With structural repairs, property value is restored. This job was done both in rainy and dry weather. The Push Pier system is installed below grade and once work is done the backfill covers all the steel.

The inside slab was lifted 4 inches with PolyLEVEL foam. True Level Concrete injected PolyLEVEL and its expansion from liquid to foam causes the lift. PolyLEVEL foam forms a tight seal and hence no moisture will ingress from underneath the slab. PolyLEVEL also insulates the slab, helping the homeowners keep their heating costs down.

The Living Room Floor is part of a home that is 28 yrs old. The homeowners noticed that the slab floor had sunken. The homeowner wanted to put a new flooring system, with a proper long-term fix before all the effort and money was poured into the renovations.
