This customer, located in Loomis, came to us with concerns about part of his driveway cracking in certain areas.

The front porch of this home was sinking away from the rest of the foundation. A gap formed between the second story and a wooden column. With the installation of a Push Pier to lift and stabilize the porch, the gap was erased. 

It's required by the building code to have vents for a home that has a raised foundation. But these vents allow cold and wet air inside of the crawl space which then travels upwards into the living areas. This is a problem because wet air can cause the wooden structure of your home to rot and weaken, and the cold air can increase your energy bill when it annoys you enough to turn your heater on.
