Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair completed this concrete leveling and joint sealant project in San Diego, CA to help restore safety, appearance, and long-term durability to a residential walkway and patio area. In the before photo, you can see a concrete slab that has settled dramatically. A settling slab isn't just an eyesore, it's a tripping hazard that can cause an accident. We corrected this issue as shown in the after photo with our PolyLevel solution! After we filled the void with Poly and it's lifted to level, we will fill in the joints with our NexusPro which is a state the art sealant made to seamlessly fill your concrete slab.

The before photo shows horizontal cracks along a foundation stem wall, which is a common issue with California homes. To fix this problem we used our solution which offers the best results in comparison to more traditional methods.
