Our crew at Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair prepped this El Cajon driveway. The surface was cleaned, joints were sealed with NexusPro®, and all edges were carefully masked off to ensure a precise, even application. The before photo shows a crawl space with unsupported posts. Because the posts are unsupported the floor is starting to gas as the posts shift with time and seismic activity. In the after photo, we installed post caps to ensure the posts stay in place and can be more stable during a seismic event.

Two years after moving into a newly remodeled home in Los Angeles, the homeowner began to notice troubling signs.
