The Before Picture is the Crawlspace of a home with a sinking floor. The support posts need to be strengthened to stabilize this floor.

The After Picture shows a new Support Post with concrete base. We also added braces to strengthen the connection between the post and the floor joist, and the post and the concrete base.

The After Picture shows installed Post Caps, which Strengthen the Connection to the Floor Joists and the Concrete Base.

The before photo shows a pool deck with slabs that settled into a void. To fix this problem we use our PolyLevel solution to lift and unevenly settled concrete to level. Once the concrete has been leveled we remove any old joint sealant and replace it with our state-of-the-art NexusPro sealant.
