The patio at Tacos Al Carbon in Tustin, California had developed settlement that left sections of the concrete uneven while cracks throughout the slab continued to worsen. Uneven concrete creates safety concerns for customers and employees while allowing water to penetrate beneath the slab, leading to additional movement over time.

Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair restored the patio using PolyLevel® concrete leveling to lift and stabilize the settled concrete before sealing the cracks with NexusPro® Joint Sealant. This repair helped create a safer walking surface, improved the patio's appearance, and provided long-lasting protection against moisture infiltration and future deterioration—all without the expense of replacing the concrete.

The before photo shows a concrete slab that has settled into a void. Not only does it look horrible but it is now a tripping hazard. The after photo shows how we repaired the settled slab with our PolyLevel solution. PolyLevel provides lift to the settled slab and stabilizes it. This before-and-after set features a concrete repair project completed in Riverside, California. The patio had settled over time, leaving uneven concrete, visible cracks, and deteriorated joints that allowed water to penetrate beneath the slab. The before-photo shows concrete that was in need of repair. The after-photo shows how we fill the cracks of the concrete with our high-end sealant NexusPro. What it does not show is that we also use our PolyLevel service to fill the voids underneath which is what caused the cracks.
