The Before Picture shows the interior of the home. The walls are cracking, and the cracks are progressively getting bigger.

The After Picture shows the exterior of the home. The issue was voids formed by shifting soils, and the Foundation had weakened over time. This picture shows the finished work, after Saber filled the voids with Polylevel, atteched Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation, filled the holes, and poured concrete. The area looks better than before our crew started working.

The after picture shows the seismic universal foundation plate and A35 framing angle attached to the foundation, the mud seal, and the home. These components stabilize the connection between the home and the foundation.

The before photo shows a driveway with badly uneven slabs caused by voids underneath. This driveway was in desperate need of some concrete leveling. As shown in the after photo, we stabilized and lifted the concrete with our PolyLevel solution and used our state-of-the-art NexusPro sealant to fill the joints of the concrete. Now the driveway has been leveled and stabilized! Giving the homeowner peace of mind while providing a better-looking driveway.
