The before photo shows a homeowner's concrete that has settled into a void causing a tripping hazard. The after photo shows how we used our PolyLevel solution to fill the voids and stabilized the concrete slab. After the concrete is stabilized we used our state-of-the-art sealant NexusPro to fill in the joints. Doing so will protect the concrete from the elements as well as giving a polished appearance.

Concrete Leveling with PolyLevel®: 25 lbs of high-density polyurethane foam was precisely injected beneath the 360 sq. ft. slab area. This fast-acting material expanded to fill voids caused by eroding soil, lifting the slab back into place without adding excess weight.

Joint and Crack Sealing with NexusPro®: 145 ft of NexusPro Joint Sealant and 10 ft of NexusPro Crack Repair were applied. This silicone-based formula resists UV rays, remains flexible over time, and prevents water from infiltrating the soil beneath the slab—one of the key causes of settlement.

Added Protection with SealantPro™: To extend the concrete’s lifespan, Saber applied SealantPro across the surface. This advanced coating bonds with the concrete at a molecular level, shielding it from moisture, chemicals, and daily wear.

The work was completed efficiently, and the homeowner could walk on the surface within hours—no lengthy curing times, no disruption to daily life.
