Before & After Photos

Before photo is an area in a crawl space that will be secured by sill plate bolting.  The after photo shows the work preformed by Saber, using the sill plates to bolt the area, and secure it.  Please note these photos are taken in a dark crawl space under the property, so the lighting is not the best.

The before photo shows a crawl space located in Long Beach before the installation of our CleanSpace package. Before the installation, the homeowner had mold underneath their home as well as a gross smell that entered their home. The humidity as well as moisture levels in their wood was well above standard and needed full service. The after photo illustrates what a crawl space with a vapor barrier will look like after the install incomplete to protect the home from moisture. 

Remodeling of existing fuel containment systems required a need for temporary support during the construction process.  A series of helical piers and custom brackets were installed to hold the perimeter steel structure while it was undermined for the remodel.

The Before picture shows a tile patio. The homeowner was replacing tiles that were cracking.

the After picture shows Installed Push Piers stabilizing the home. This home was settling. The sinking foundation was causing the cracks in the walls and patio tiles breaking.
