Before & After Photos

The Before Picture shows a Foundation that is sinking. Saber has cut through the excess concrete, and prepared the Foundation for Push Pier insertion.

The After Picture shows the installed Push Pier that is being Pressurized. Once Pressurized, the Pier will lift and strengthen the sinking area of the Foundation.

The before photo is of a very damp and musty crawl space. The homeowners noticed this problem when they first moved into their 1990's home three years ago. Right away they installed a drain but they had little to almost no positive results after that installation. The after photo shows the best way to solve any humid crawl space and that is with our CleanSpace Service. Now the homeowners have the peace and mind of not having a gross damp crawlspace under their home. 

The Before picture shows a Home's Crawlspace, without Seismic Retrofitting components, to solidify the connection between the foundation and the home.

The After picture shows the Universal Foundation Plate connecting the foundation to the mudseal, and the A35 Framing Angle connecting the mudseal to the home. These components have stabilized the home.

The Before picture shows Saber measuring the depth of the Mudseal between this home and it's foundation.

The After picture shows two attached Seismic Strengthening Plates and Angles. These components strengthen the connection between the structure, mudseal, and foundation.
