Before & After Photos

This Menifee, CA home showed a failing exterior stem wall with horizontal cracking and spalling along the foundation edge—common in Southern California from irrigation overspray and wet–dry cycles. Our crew prepped the area, addressed the corroded/loose material, rebuilt the stem wall with structural repair methods, and finished with a smooth, protective surface to help block future moisture intrusion. This before and after features what can happen when our concrete walkway repair methods are applied. We can close the gaps, level the concrete and seal the cracks and joints which prevent any further water intrusion.

The After picture shows the garage floor after the crack was leveled. Then Nexus Plus was used to keep the crack from growing larger.

Before photo shows a concrete stairway that has settled into a void. The after photo shows how we lifted the concrete back to level using Polylevel. Our Polylevel solution lifts and stabilizes the concrete by filling the void with polyurethane. The polyurethane will expand and provides lift to the concrete giving it a nearly seamless repair.
