Crew was Nait Stevens and Rick. They were on time as scheduled. Work was performed as described by inspector/quoter Justin who was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Nait and Rick were polite and professional. Cannot determine the effectiveness of the job yet; the retaining wall was injected and sealed and we will wait for next rain storm to see if water has stopped leaking into basement.

I was with the professional performance of this company. Daniel Gil came to give the estimate. He explained everything and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Today the crew showed up... Armando is the one I dealt with and he was very professional and friendly. He got the job done sooner then expected and provided pictures of the job for me. Me and my wife were amazed by the service that Marcos and the rest of the Saber team gave when they came to our home in Vista to install our French drain. Marcos helped me with any questions and concern I have about my crawlspace drain. He also gave me picture throughout his process and gave me text update. thing we never realized that there was an underlying musty smell coming from somewhere within the home. When we first saw our house, we never noticed such a thing, because the smell of new paint covered the musty smell.After highering cleaners to buying air filters to filter the air, the underlying smell of must would still drive me crazy. After much research, I discovered Saber, and at the time of getting them, I was looking to do an encapsulation. Saber sent, over Paul and he inspected my foundation to find the source of the smell. There was a part of the crawlspace that had more moisture than usual. They also discovered a weak point in my foundation.I did not get an encapsulation because they identified the problem by finding the origin of the moisture, and I needed to have that addressed before having the encapsulation installed.  However, I paid Saber to re-enforce my foundation. Paul helped me identify that the gutters were the problem on top of exactly where the water was flowing in the crawlspace. Without their help, I would not have found where I needed to remove the rotted wood and fix the gutter on top of them, re-enforcing my foundation. Saber saved me over $100,0000.00+ because if they hadn't found the source of the problem, the moisture would have further damaged my house, and the foundation would have eventually cracked.In the next year or two, I'm looking to have them encapsulate my crawlspace. Saber's customer service, as well as their work ethic, is stellar. After having four other professionals check my place, no one could find the exact problems outside the service they offered. I recommend Saber for quality service and an ethical approach to finding your crawlspace or basement needs!

Jason did an excellent job answering all of our questions and concerns about our home.
