Cracks in Foundation, Foundation Stabilization in Dixon CA

Rosie E. of Dixon California noticed light seeping in through cracks in her basement, that her home was slightly sinking and that she even had bowed walls inside of her home as a result of her sinking home. Before these issues could get worse, Rosie contacted NorCal Foundation Support to come out and inspect her home in order to figure out the best and most permanent solution for her issue.

The inspector decided that the best way to stabilize her home and keep it from sinking further was the Push Pier System that lifts the home and stabilizes the foundation, and the CarbonArmor system that supports foundation walls and stabilizes leaning and bowing walls.

Through performing this quoted work, all cracks in the foundation and basement walls were fixed and filled to keep the outside out, and even help with insulation. After the house was lifted, the basement walls were fixed up, and all cracks were filled. NorCal made sure that the gutters were all draining away from the house, to ensure that extra moisture was draining away from both the basement and the house.

Rosie has been very happy with her new home improvements, she doesn’t have to worry about her home sinking anymore and can now fully utilize her basement.

Sinking Foundation in Davis, CA

Brant J. from Davis noticed some cracks on the fireplace inside of his house, which was linked to a sinking foundation. While searching for solutions to this unwelcome foundation problem, he found NorCal Foundation Support.  He quickly called to make an appointment with one of our System Design Specialists.

His appointment followed shortly after his call.  He was informed during the appointment that the house could be stabilized with push piers. This process would even out the foundation for the house as well as prevent future cracking.

Brant agreed that the push piers sounded exactly like what he needed and that they would be a perfect fix to preventing his house from sinking further due to the unstable foundation that it currently sat upon. The push piers would lift the house back up to where it was level again, and they would then continue to keep it level.

Brant is now extremely happy with his house.  He feels good knowing that his foundation will be supported by the installed push piers for years to come.

Sinking Foundation And Slanting Wall In Novato, CA

Novato resident Carol H. knew her home was not level and a wall of her house was slanting. She made an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support and was informed that her house’s foundation wall could be stabilized with push piers and the floors supported with smart jacks.

The wall was tipping as a result of the foundation wall sinking. To fix this, push piers would be placed along the perimeter of the house to lift the foundation walls back into place as well as provide support. The smart jacks would replace the old wood posts in the crawl space under the house. Carol wanted her house level and agreed to the suggested work.

Carol’s house is now level and her wall is no longer tipping to the side!
