Commercial Warehouse Floor
We removed the old, damaged concrete and replace it with Flowpatch Deep Fill. Flowpatch Deep fill is a quick and durable solution, perfect for warehouses. It's ready for use after one hour!
Lift and Level Stoop
This front stoop's step dropped 2.5" from its original position. We lifted the step using PolyLevel Foam to fill the void beneath the concrete. The joints and cracks were sealed off with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent soil erosion that leads to more damage.
Front Stoop Lift and Level
The front stoop sunk 2.75" from its original position. We lifted the concrete steps back up to their original position using PolyLevel Foam, allowing for an even entry into the home and preventing water from pooling in this area. The joints and cracks were seal with NexusPro to prevent this issue from occurring again from soil erosion.
Driveway into Garage Concrete Lift
This driveway slab dropped significantly, creating a bump when entering and exiting the garage. Our production crew, Mike and Jeff, lifted the slab using PolyLevel Foam injections. NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied into the joints to prevent water intrusion. The area was safe to use just after 15 minutes.
Sidewalk stabilization with PolyLevel in Loveland, CO
We occasionally encounter clients who believe their concrete is in "good enough" condition and don't require our assistance. As a result, a few years later, we get a call stating that the precise location we examined a few years prior has settled a few inches. The good news is that we can still correct it, but the bad news is that the settling-related damage will be more noticeable and will cost twice as much to fix. Whoa. In order to save hundreds of dollars, Mark made the proactive decision to fix the places before they got worse rather than waiting for his concrete to settle considerably.
