This work was done by Defender Concrete Solutions in Grand Junction, CO.  We were able to improve multiple areas around this apartment complex and prevent further damage.  We were able to lift steps, walkways and the driveway.  We also sealed the entire surface with a permanent sealer, SealantPro.

Defender Concrete Solutions recently replaced the egress windows and poured new concrete around them.  We were able to preserve the majority of the patio by lifting and stabilizing with PolyLevel.  The joints were then sealed with NexusPro to prevent moisture and debris from penetrating the joints.

Defender Concrete Solutions recently completed this job.  The driveway had sank by the garage and various places throughout.  It had sank significantly near the street side, where it began to hold water.  It also had multiple cracks and exposed joints.  This whole driveway and part of the walkway was restored at a fraction of the cost of full replacement.

This is a standard trip hazard repair done by Defender Concrete Solutions.  What you can't see is the void below the support pillar that would have most likely led to sinking, cracking and the stability of the support being compromised.  We were able to stabilize the area under the support beam and remedy the trip hazard at a fraction of the cost of any alternative.  Best of all, we did this work with virtually no interruption or down time for the customer. 

The front step had sank 3/4 to 1" on the left side.  If you look closely at the before picture under the threshold and then look at the after you can see a dramatic improvement.  The walkway was also lifted with PolyLevel and sealed with NexusePro.  The large crack in the walkway had a severe trip hazard that we were able to level out.  The entire surface underneath was stabilized and will hold up for a long time.
