A homeowner in Branford, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as the solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage from the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home through a proper exterior discharge line. 

Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with great peace fo mind.

These three products will work together to keep this basement dry. As a finishing touch, our crew installed Sandstone tile around the basement to give the basement floor a nice look!

They also installed our ElitePlank flooring in light pecan to tie the entire room together and cover up the old basement floor.

Water used to flood this basement through the hatchway on rainy days. To prevent water from entering the home, our team installed the TrenchDrain grated drain along the basement enterance. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to the sump pump. The homeowners can have peace of mind during rainstorms now!
