A homeowner in Bloomfield, CT had a damp and musty crawlspace. They wanted to find a solution to this, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the crawlspace and propose our encapsulation solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Noel, and his crew to install this project. They installed our drainage matting on the floor of the crawlspace so water and moisture have a place to go. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on top of that to ensure the crawlspace stays dry and is unaffected by moisture. It goes up on the walls as well. They also installed our SilverGlo insulation on the walls to keep the entire space insulated properly, regulating the temperatures throughout the home. 

Now this crawlspace is dry and musty-odor-free, keeping the space clean and much healthier for the entire home. The homeowner has great peace of mind. 

A homeowner located in Cromwell, CT was getting water seepage into their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. We sent one of our Sales Consultants, Andrew Howard, to the home to assess the issues and propose a full perimeter waterproofing system. 

One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuar drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. They also installed a Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Now this homeowner is left with a dry and healthy basement! 

In this Middletown home the homeowners had moisture seeping through the foundation along with mold growing on their walls. The now happy customers called CT Basement Systems for their waterproofing needs. One of our wonderful sales reps came out to fix the problem that they had. To prevent the water coming in from damaging the area any further, we installed our patented below ground WaterGuard drain system which ran directly into our TripleSafe sump pump. For added assurance that the issue would never happen again, we finished up the job and installed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. The home owners were so grateful to know that finally they can have the piece of mind to not have to worry about water damage in their home anymore. 

A homeowner in Middletown, CT was looking to get their basement finished and turned into a liveable space. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have our Total Basement Finishing team turn their dreams into a reality. After scheduling an appointment, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, to meet with the homeowner to develop a plan for their wants and needs for the basement. Once a design was proposed, it would be passed on to one of our Project Managers, Dan Medina, to be approved as a plan. Dan assigned this job to one of our Foremen, Shondee Blake, and his crew. 

Then it would be time for the crew to start on this project. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system. It is insulated so that the temperature in the basement will stay protected. They also installed Elite Plank flooring in light pecan. They installed new doors and trim to complete the full look of the space. The customer wanted cabinets/counter space in the back of the room that they also installed. They closed off part of the room to make it a bathroom, where they installed sandstone tile. Now this space is finished and the customer was thrilled with the results. They have a great space that they can use for their needs! 

A homeowner in Middletown, CT, was looking to install a proper egress window in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems, and our Salesman Doug Wheeler proposed our beautiful RockWell Egress window well. 

Soon after, it would be time for the installation to be completed by Jacob and his crew. After digging a trench for the installation, the foundation wall was cut perfectly to frame the window. Once the window was installed, they put in the RockWell egress in a tan shade to help blend in with the surroundings. After it was completely in and the cover was on, the RockWell was complete. 

Now the homeowner has a beautiful proper emergency exit for their basement, bringing natural light and serving as a safety feature for the home.
