One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate moisture. 

Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time.
