A customer in Madison, CT was getting water in their basement due to heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a long-lasting solution. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Mike Bourdeau, to the home to assess the basement and propose a full perimeter system. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system below the floor to capture water coming into the basement. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. 

Now this basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Madison, CT called us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking to finish their basement. We sent out one of our salesmen, Josh Kroop, to the home to assess the basement and propose our basement finishing system that satisfies the customer's wants and needs. 

Soon after it would be time for installation. Over a few weeks, Foreman, Ivan and his team installed this job. The major components of this project include our EverLast wall system, ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring, new doors, decorative posts, drop ceilings, and many more little details. All of our finishing products are made of inorganic material, meaning they cannot grow mold and the basement is protected from water damage. 

With all of the finishing touches, this basement was truly transformed into a bright, beautiful, and now usable space for the homeowner to enjoy all the time! 

A homeowner in Madison, CT, had water and moisture issues in their crawlspace (low basement). They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Matt Kraus, visited the home to assess the space and propose our encapsulation system. 

Shortly after, it would be time for our Foreman, Al, and his crew to install the job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the whole space, ensuring it is protected from almost all moisture. Then our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed to take any water seepage and pump it out of the home. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed too to remove excess moisture and prevent all mold growth. 

Now this space will stay completely dry and moisture-free, ensuring the homeowner's peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Higganum, CT had floors in their home that were not stable. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have our foundation supportworks team come out and solve their problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to assess the issues. He informed the homeowner that our team would need to install SmartJacks in the crawl space in order to stabilize the floors. 

Then it was time for one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott to do the installation. First, they installed the supplemental beams and then dug into the ground to fit in each SmarJack footing. Then they fully installed 9 SmartJacks, spacing them out under the beams. Once these were tight in place, the floor would become stabilized and there would be no sagging. This homeowner is happy with the results knowing their house is going to stay stable. 

A homeowner in Broad Brook, CT was getting a lot of water coming into their basement. They made the smart decision to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. Once the homeowner scheduled an appointment, it would then be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Carey Benjamin, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a proper solution. 

Then after a proposal was made, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team to work on this project. They installed our perimeter WaterGuard system, running along the bottom of the walls below the concrete. Then they installed not one, but two of our sump pumps; one TripleSafe and one SuperSump Plus. They also installed CleanSpace on the walls to protect it from vapor, as well as installing a Sedona dehumidifier to reduce moisture and prevent mold growth. All of these systems would work together to collect water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement is completely dry and the homeowner was thrilled with the results! It went from having a musty smell to smelling clean and fresh!
