This basement used to flood regularly. Before we could finish it, we needed to waterproof it to ensure that the new, finished basement would not be damaged and the owners can enjoy it for years to come!

We transformed this dreary basement into a beautiful living space for this family to grow in!

To make this finished basement look complete and uniform, we needed to cover the brick support column. Unlike the usual round steel columns, we could not install a SmartPost column wrap. Instead, we covered it in the same materials that we used on the walls.
