Not only did we renovate this Glastonbury, CT home, we waterproofed it.  We installed the EverLast Wall Panel System, which, unlike concrete, will never get moldy and cannot be damaged by moisture. It also has a warranty against water damage, so you'll be sure to never have a mold issue.

As you can see from the before picture this basement room was in need of some finishing. We installed our BrightWall and ThermaDry floor to give this room a more finished feel.

In this basement we installed our Everlast Wall system to cover up those concrete basement walls. We also added our ThermalDry flooring and a drop ceiling to finish off the new look. The end result is a much more inviting living space, ready to become a new play room or another livingroom, the possiblities are now endless. 

The homeowners in this Glastonbury, CT home had a basement they could not use nevermind entertain guests in. They hoped to expand the usable square footage of their home and to host family and guests in their basement. After contacting the experts at Connecitcut Basement Systems, we got right to work.  The task was to finish their entire basement. The homeowners chose our Everlast™ wall systems which is 197% stronger than traditional drywall: a TV can be mounted directly on it without a stud! The homeowners also had us install our ThermalDry® flooring to cover up the old cold cement flooring. ThermalDry flooring is not only visually appealing but also resistant to water and will not support mold or mildew growth.

Before, this homeowner was unhappy with the state of his basement. Even though the basement was large and spacious, it was completely unfinished, and the homeowner rarely used it for anything other than storage. Cold concrete floors and walls made the space uncomfortable and unappealing. Wanting to make some major changes to his basement, the homeowner called the experts at Total Basement Finishing for help.

Soon after, Sales Representative Keith Rongey stopped by the house to have a look at the space. He could see that the basement had the potential to be transformed into beautiful living space, and after sharing his thoughts with the customer, they decided to move forward with the project. Total Basement Finishing Foreman Bruce Reynolds arrived at the home on the first day of production to begin the transformation. The basement needed new EverLast Walls, ThermalDry floors, and post wraps. After 2 weeks of steady work, the basement was finally complete. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and excited to enjoy his new basement space for years to come.
