Here, we have a wet crawl space in New Fairfield, CT. Adding our Crawl Space Liner to the crawl space as well as a Super Sump Pump wil prevent any future water damage from occuring!

When we arrived at this home, the crawlspace was wet and debris-filled. It was letting unconditioned air into the house, increasing energy costs for the homeowners. By encapsulating the space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier, we were able to seal the crawlspace off from the outside and prevent mold-causing humidity from entering the home. The owners of this house now have a clean, dry, energy-efficient crawlspace environment!

The moisture in this Norwalk, CT crawlspace caused the fiberglass insulation to grow heavy and fall, where it became a perfect place for mold to grow. Fiberglass insulation is not the best choice for a space where moisture is a problem. This old crawlspace used to have a moisture problem. Water and water vapor would seep into the home, causing the fiberglass insulation to grow heavy and fall. We put in new insulation to replace it. Upon our inspection, it was clear that this crawl space had high humidity due to its dirt floor and no insulation on the walls, causing it to be a dirty humid space - right under a main living area which was contributing to making the floor above uncomfortable.
