During heavy rains, this crawlspace would flood with water. Because it lacked a drainage system, the water would sit in the space for weeks at a time. To pump water out of the crawl space and collect groundwater before it enters the home, we installed the SmartSump sump pump. Along with a cast-iron Zoeller sump pump, the SmartSump includes a floor drain to collect water from plumbing leaks and a WaterWatch sump pump alarm that will sound off to notify the owners of water in the crawl space. The homeowners can reast easy knowing that their crawl space wil stay dry, even in heavy rainstorms!

This old crawlspace used to leak through the walls and floor, causing mold to grow. To keep moisture out of the home, we put in our CleanSpace liner on the floor. This durable, bright white crawl space liner prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. This crawl space was extremely damp and in need of major improvement! We installed our clean space liner to prevent water damage within the crawl space as well as put in our Super Sump Pump as well as a dehuidifier to prevent any further water damage.

With this crawl space we used our Cleanspace liner to create a clean, dry space. We then installed our Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier specifically designed for crawl spaces.

Before we arrived at this East Haven basement, it was cold and damp. The cracks in the wall made it easy for air flow and humidity to travel through.
