This Weston home had an insufficient sump pump that was causing the homeowner to have a wet basement. Wanting an upgrade to ensure that he will have a dry basement, he decided to reach out to the experts at CT Basement Systems. 

The solution for this home was to replace the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the Triple Safe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ horsepower pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. In case of a power outage, our Ultra Sump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery! This is exactly what the homeowner needed in order to solve his wet basement problem and was happy with the results. 

This wonderful family in Hawleyville CT had a semi finished basement that they were dying to finish and claim as a hosting place for friends. We came in and gave the homeowners the basement of their dreams. We came in and installed our Everlast Wall System which is 197% stronger than drywall and will never support mold or mildew. Even if the walls are surrounded by water they will never get wet. To replace the cement flooring we put in our Parque ThermalDry flooring which will not support mold because it is not made of organic materials. We also covered up the wood beams with our Drop Ceiling tiles with some beautiful recess lighting to brighten the area. Once everything was complete the home owners put in a beautiful bar with chairs and hosted many parties and many more to come. We are so happy that we could help them.

As you can see, the concrete stairs leading down to this New Preston basement had a worrying crack at the base of the last step leaking water into the basement.

Our team air and water sealed the crack, so the owners will be sure the crack won't be a problem again.
