A homeowner in Naugatuck, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement. After calling us, we sent one of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the basement and propose waterproofing solutions. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Vic, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the whole perimeter, to capture water. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. 

Now, this basement is completely dry and will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind!

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcio, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then, our CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls to help lead water into the drains too. Our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. 

Now, this basement will stay dry, and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind. 

This Waterbury, CT basement was cold and in need of new ceilings and floors that could both brighten and warm the space. 

This Waterbury home had scheduled a maintenance to be done to the TripleSafe sump pump. Normally, a maintenance is to be scheduled every year but it had been 2 years since the last one was done and it clearly showed. 

The primary pump was destroyed with iron due to the lack of maintenance, which you can see in the before photo. After this discovery, the Service Technician highly recommended having this system maintenance every 6 months. Thankfully, this home had a TripleSafe sump pump so the secondary pump was able to keep the basement dry. The service tech had to replace the primary pump and you can clearly see the difference! The moral of this before and after is to make sure you schedule your annual maintenance! 

A homeowner in Waterbury, CT had a settling foundation and cracks in their foundation. They made the right decision when they called our foundation supportworks team at Connecticut Basement Systems to come solve their problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to estimate the issues and determine what our team would need to get done. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott worked on this project. They would install 5 push piers below the footing of the foundation in order to make the home stable. They also used PolyLevel and injected it into the floor to ensure that the basement was stable and level. The cracks in the foundation were repaired and sealed. Now this basement will have a level and stable foundation moving forward!
