This old stone foundation basement in Croton on Hudson, New York was looking a little worse for wear. The family living inside of the home was worried about possible flooding of the basement, so they gave us at Connecticut Basement Systems a call to come check it out!

Our System Design Specialist Vin Orsini quickly came out to check out the basement, and designed a plan for this basement that was sure to keep it water free. He sent foreman Kryz Wilk and his team, and they got right to work. They installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a WaterGuard interior drainage system, IceGuard, SaniDry, and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The TripleSafe and Waterguard work together to create a safe, waterproofing method for the basement. The water is captured by the WaterGuard drainage system, then directed to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and directed outward to an exterior discharge line. In order to protect the basement from mold and moisture, we also installed a SaniDry and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The SaniDry works as a powerful dehumidifier, with the ability to capture 109 pints of water a day! The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier protects the basement from moisture and vapor, and also works to keep cold drafts in the winter!

A customer in Ardsley on Hudson, NY was getting water in their basement and had existing water damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to their problem. Once an appointment was set, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to go to the home to estimate the issues and provide a solution. 

Once a job was proposed it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team to get started on the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system below ground to capture any water that might seep in. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump that will collect and pump out the water from the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier and protect it from any moisture. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer has to worry about water issues! 

A homeowner in Mohegan Lake, NY was experiencing water and moisture issues in their basement. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Abbassi, went to the home to see the issues and then provided the homeowner with the proper solution. 

The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Marcial Lopez, and his team to do the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter system, SuperSump Plus, CleanSpace, and a Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep water and moisture out. The WaterGuard collects any water seeping in and drains it into the sump pump, which pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement is protected from water damage going forward. 

This basement had a constant water problem that would disrupt the functionality of this home. Tired of a wet basement, the homeowner decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. 

The solution to this basement was to install a full perimeter WaterGuard system to prevent water to enter the area. This system is installed around the perimeter of the basement and will collect water internally and channel it to the sump pump. The sump pump will then discharge the water away from the home. CleanSpace liner was also installed on the half wall around the basement to prevent any moisture or water from the coming through the walls. (You can see the liner in the after photo) This is exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with the results! 

Before, this Hastings on Hudson, NY crawl space was filthy, smelly and had a dirt floor. This combination led to a moist and unhealthy environment which would affect the rest of the home. The homeowner wanted to transfer her crawl space into a dry and healthier area. Now, this crawl space is transformed into a clean, dry and healthy area! CleanSpace liner was installed on top of the dirt floor which will act as a moisture barrier and give the crawl space a clean finish. SilverGlo insulation was installed on the walls of the crawl space. This 2 inch insulation with a radiant barrier will both insulate and reflect heat back into the crawl space. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona was installed and placed into the area. This dehumidifier will keep humidity below 55% ensuring that the air quality will be cleaner and healthier. The combination of all of these products created the exact crawl space that this homeowner wanted!
