I couldn’t have asked for a better home building experience or imagined that it would be completed without complications! Gary Proulx was available whenever I had a question and offered excellent ideas with some floor plan changes that I never would have thought of. All work was completed in a timely manner and with such professionalism. Ken and his crew were so courteous and hard working. I was amazed at the long work days they put in. The work Gary did “behind the scenes” was evident in the seamless work flow that occurred on site. I tell everybody I know about the positive experience I had with Keith Trembley Builders and I would definitely recommend them to build your home.

It was a really nice process because the crew was very thorough. They were very clean, they cleaned up before they left every night. They worked very hard. Those guys worked 10-12 hours a day, I was impressed with their professionalism. It was amazing that the whole thing was done within a week - Like move-in ready within a week.

I am taking the time to express to you my appreciation of the quality of work that your crew has done. As an electrical contractor for more than 30 years I have had the opportunity to work with numerous crews from different companies. I have always prided myself in the quality of work that I do. It is rare, when I work with a crew that works as though they were working in their own home, taking pride in their craft and not just getting the job done. The professionalism and quality of work that Wayne Miller, Jacoby Sockmell, Sheldon Lennon, and Kevor Barnett have displayed on this job needs to be noticed and commended. It was truly a pleasure to work with such professional craftsmen.

Kevon and Chavon finished up my basement yesterday and they left a little card and I wanted to say how thoughtful that was. I really enjoyed them here and they did great work. They are making the reputation of Connecticut Basement Systems even that much better.

First off, this is long overdue, but we were extremely happy with the work the team did on on our basement. The team was great and working hard to make sure everything was completed on time. Now we have an awesome space downstairs as well as an extra “bedroom”.

I couldn't have been more Impressed with the quality of work and skill of my installer Eric.

Roberto and his team did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. Overall, terrific work by you, Roberto and the rest of the TBF team!
