Dear Bill, The work was completed this morning, with the exception of the new electrical panel that Joe will put in for us tomorrow morning.  I just want to tell you that we have only the highest praise for Rich and the entire crew.  Everything was done with such fine craftsmanship and expertise, let alone neatness and total attention to every detail.  We are truly thrilled with the transformation of our former "dungeon" to a beautiful and extremely useful room.  Even the areas outside of the room are so much more user-friendly now, and we are so pleased that the backs of the walls they installed are of the same beautiful material as the inside.  So.....thank you for all the time, thoughtfulness and work you put into the planning and details.  It was a great success.  Our final inspection(s) will take place the morning of Dec. 31st.  I wish you and all of "the guys" a very merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Hi Dear Friends at Total Basement Finishing, We are still sitting with smiles on our faces, as we are enjoying our new basement.  It is beautiful, and all of our friends are absolutely amazed.  The walls are so much more attractive than wall board.  They are warm and inviting and the whole look is so professionally done - right down to the finishing touches of molding and even the insides of the closet.   Most of all, we can't express how pleasant it was to work with you folks.  Production Manager, Rob Card - you are a gem - an advocate for your company and your customer.  We so appreciated working things out with you.  You have a wonderful, even temperment, and we will never forget your kindness and patience or the day you said, "What would you like to see?  What would you like us to do? Except for the electric and heat, my basement is finished.  It looks wonderful! I wanted to let you know that the two young men who worked here, Micah Smith and Robert Stevenson, couldn't have been nicer.  They treated me, and everything in my house, with respect. They were polite and courteous.  They always cleaned up before leaving and left everything as they found it in the morning.  I'm not sure I've ever seen such very hard workers.  Other than a quick break for lunch, they worked steadily from the time they arrived until they left.  They were occasionally here 9 or 10 hours - not counting the hour commute each way.  The work they did was exceptional.  I appreciated how particular they were and the pride they took in what they did.  They certainly worked well as a team and obviously enjoyed working together.  I would recommend them anytime without hesitation.   You should be proud to have them represent your company.  I think, if my experience is anything to go by, Micah and Rob will be very successful in life.   I will be in touch with you tomorrow morning to find out when Joe will be here to finish up and also to finalize payment.  I'd appreciate it if you would pass this letter on to anyone you feel should see it.   Thanks so much,    Sherry

Viktor has been doing a basement refinishing for me for the past five days.  I wanted you to know that I have never had a harder working or more delightful person working for me.  He was here shortly after 7:00 each day, came in with a smile and worked solidly until it was time to leave late afternoon.  He was quiet, unobtrusive and completely respectful of me and of my home.  He explained things well to me, listened if I had a question and always explained things so that I understood them.  He took great care with his work, and I appreciated his attention to detail.  The room he built for me is beautiful!  And I was very aware of the pride he took in his work. I would recommend Viktor without hesitation.  It was a pleasure having such a nice person in the house, and I couldn't have asked for a better worker.    

We got our door this morning -- the last step of this project! Very happy with everything. The guys were great. Looks great. I have finished painting everything already. I will be doing the floor this weekend. Once I’m done, I will send you a picture of everything. Thanks for everything. I actually was sad when it was all over as I had fun throughout the install process. 

We asked John from Storrs, CT about the basement finishing job we did for him.  He stated that he was very satisfied, and that our office staff was both great to deal with and very competent.

They allowed me extra time to inspect the job and were willing to caulk loose spots along the wall edges that I thought were too loose.

The work done was very professionally executed, and finished faster than predicted. The crews came exactly on time (who does that anymore?). They performed the work cleanly, and removed all the junk in our crawlspace. The finished product is great, and yes it does work VERY well. We now have a dry and clean crawlspace. It stank before and was constantly wet with the slightest rain. Great Job!

The wrapping definitely helped. Had the exterminator come in one more time, and haven't seen any crickets in a while. Enjoy seeing your work every time I walk by.

I want to commend your crew.  They worked diligently and so quietly.  They left the basement floor clean and clear of all debris.
