  I wanted to let  you know how pleased I was with the crew you sent to my house.  They were courteous, professional, and thoroughly competent.  That ugly crawl space has been transformed and Marcio even installed the same material on the lower part of the walls in the basement itself.  They didn’t have to remove the stairs so that saved me the added expense of a carpenter.  So far I’m thoroughly satisfied and can’t wait to go down to the basement after the next heavy rain and not walk into a puddle of water.  I will happily recommend Connecticut Basements to anyone in need.

Alicia, I absolutely love the double railing and I can grip it beautifully. You might want to give this as an option for older homeowners, knees don’t last, trust me. Now I feel safe going up and down the stairs. I have to say that everyone in your company that I have dealt with over the years has been completely professional, courteous and pleasant, including yourself. Kevon is such a nice young guy. He did great work and went out of his way to find just the right hardware to accommodate my being able to hold on to the railing without hurting my hand in one particular place on the wall. He went out in the horrific weather we had today so things would be exactly as I needed them. I really appreciate that.  Thank you again, Alicia.
