A project that was estimated to take about two weeks, took five days. Each day, he made sure the work area was clean and safe. His workmanship was incredible. Instead of using a costly custom cabinet door, Roberto made a beautiful box to cover some pipes. Each detail of the trim was perfect. I am truly impressed. He took the unit out, had it repaired and re-installed it today. He is a great customer service person who represents your company extremely well.
