Dear Mr. McCarty, I wanted to write to you to let you know what an asset Gary Meglino is to Connecticut Basements.  Gary came out last Monday, April 23 to assess our waterproofing needs and give me an estimate. From the phone call the night before to confirm our appointment to his follow-up call after his visit, every aspect of my interactions with Gary confirmed that Connecticut Basements is a company I would like to give my business to.  He was professional, personable, and informed.
