This girder was so damaged that is was starting to twist. New supports and SmartJacks were needed to fix this home. 

You can see here that we were able to raise the wall back to where it was originally supposed to be. A new girder and SmartJack were installed to fix the structure of this home. 

In Tylerton, MD the crawl space is having a few issue with the foundation. The homeowner was concerned about the foundation of the home and he wanted something to support his home that he would not have to worry about. When floor joists settle, the beams do as well, the finished floors upstairs begin to slope towards the middle of the house. That was the problem that this homeowner did not want to face, which is why DryZone suggested that we install SmartJacks. Because they are not made of organic material mold will not break down the SmartJacks. 

A support wood post in this homeowner's crawl space was in desperate need of repair.

SmartJack crawl space support system can correct problems such as sagging, cracks and undersized beams. In this case, a galvanized power brace was installed above the SmartJack to avoid further cracking of the wood post.
