These homeowners recently purchased the home and found issues with their crawl space from the inspection. They are planning to live here for good and want to ensure that they have a healthy and clean home.

In order to help them, we need to regrade the crawlspace, remove debris, and install multiple products such as: a triplesafe pump - iceguard - and a drainine system. Lastly, we will be installing cleanspace with drainage matting to keep the space clean and dry.

A crawl space in Bethel, Delaware had flooded after Hurricane Sandy. The crawl space had so much water it was about 3 feet high and surrounded the entire crawl space. Once DryZone was able to drain most of the water, we were able to take pictures and begin working on restoring the crawl space itself.
