This home is at the beaches in Delaware. They had a high humidity problem, insulation was falling down and they had a musty smell comming from the crawlspace.  They were at the end of their ropes until they called DryZone to come out to fix their problem. When you have to go into the crawlspace for any reason, whether its for water problems or to fix the HVAC ducts, you will probably have a tough time getting through the small opening.
