Repairing the foundation and waterproofing the basement were primary projects this homeowner wanted to be done to his rental property. DryZone installed PowerBraces as well as added CleanSpace walls to keep the foundation strong. 

These foundation walls started to show hairline cracks. The homeowners were worried their foundation would fail if left alone for too long without repairs. They called the foundation repair experts at DryZone to do some repairs to the foundation and add some water drainage around the perimeter. 

Concrete slabs can settle into the ground when dirt washes away underneath. When slabs sink, they can collect water, and can cause water damage to a home that is against a slab. 

This homeowner's floor had begun to sag so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and fix it. To do this we installed SmartJacks which are similiar to yoru average Jack since they lift things but they are much stronger so they will be able to withstand the weight of the home. 

This homeowner gave us a call because they noticed the basement wall has cracks in various spots with active water flow. They were taking a look throughout the basement because they were in the early stages of planning to finish the basement. They did not want to get any further before correcting the water issue first.

Our team went out to take a look and recommended using FlexiSpan to fill and seal the cracks as well as adding our CleanSpace wall system to the previously installed WaterGuard. All of these products will ensure that the homeowner can move onto finishing their basement with no worries of water entering the space again.
